Thomas Lee Dillon, 61, worked on a trash crew at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville. He was hospitalized there on October 4, 2011, and died on October 21 at 7:55 a.m. in the prison wing of the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.
