Thomas Jason Hall, 42, died at the Wayne County Detention Center in North Carolina on February 18, 2019. The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said he was found unresponsive in his cell around 5:20 a.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene. The sheriff's office said no foul play is suspected, and the State Bureau of Investigation will lead the investigation into his death.
