Thomas James Campbell
Thomas James Campbell, 65, died on July 8, 2015, while held at Graterford State Prison in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where he had spent the previous 12 years. Wendy Shaylor, a prison spokeswoman, said he died of apparent natural causes. A later record from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections lists lymphoma as the cause of death.
