Thiep Truong Nguyen
Thiep Truong Nguyen, 49, was held at the Theo Lacy Jail in Orange County, California. According to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, deputies found him unconscious in his cell after a physical altercation with his cellmate, and he was taken to a hospital in critical condition. He died the following day, on December 17, 2014. Authorities said it was unclear whether the incident was a fight or an attack, and the Orange County district attorney's office is investigating his death.
