Theodore Sinks
Theodore Sinks, 77, was a former maintenance supervisor at the Dayton Daily News. He died on November 19, 2016, at the Ohio State Medical Center, after being held at the Pickaway Correctional Institution in Ohio. Jo Ellen Smith, a spokeswoman for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, said the cause of death would remain pending until the death certificate was received. His daughter, Amy Matney, said his death brought her a sense of relief after years of parole hearings that forced her to relive painful memories.
