Theodore Sherlock
Theodore Sherlock, 51, was held at the State Correctional Institution at Albion in Pennsylvania. According to the Erie County Coroner's Office, he was assaulted in the cell he shared with another man on Oct. 22, 2015, and died six days later, on Oct. 28, of complications of blunt-force trauma to the head. Pennsylvania State Police have treated the death as a homicide. The man accused of the attack has been found incompetent to stand trial, and the case is on hold.
