Theodore Matthews
Theodore Clifton Matthews, 43, died at U.S. Penitentiary, Florence, in Fremont County, Colorado, on Monday, April 7, 2025. The Bureau of Prisons said he was found unresponsive around 2:15 a.m. and was pronounced dead at the prison. The bureau has not said what caused his death and declined to answer further questions about the circumstances.
