Terry Wayne Thompson, 54, died on August 19, 2022, after he reportedly had trouble breathing while held at the White County Detention Center in Searcy, Arkansas. According to the White County Sheriff's Department, he was taken by ambulance to a Searcy hospital. The Arkansas State Police were asked to investigate, and his body was sent to the state crime lab to determine the cause of death, which remained pending in the reporting.
