Terry Wayne Cook, Jr.
Terry Wayne Cook, Jr. was held at Kershaw Correctional Institution in South Carolina. According to warrants released by the state Department of Corrections and reported by WIS News 10, he was stabbed in the neck, head and face by another man held at the prison on May 6, 2025. The warrants say he died of his injuries on June 5, 2025. The other man has been charged with murder, and the warrants say he reportedly confessed to the stabbing.
