Terry Spence, 52, of Lewes, Delaware, died on June 25, 2022, while held at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown. The Delaware State Police are investigating the death together with the Department of Correction. Terry's body was sent to the Division of Forensic Science for an autopsy. Next of kin were notified before the name was released.
