Terry Lamar Irvin
Terry Lamar Irvin was 39 years old. On July 22, 2008, he was being driven from Kilby Correctional Facility back to Houston County for a court appearance when the transport van was struck by a gravel truck at an intersection in east Montgomery. Houston County Sheriff Andy Hughes said he died on impact. The officer driving the van was hurt and later released.
