Terry Ladale Flowers, 36, was held at USP Canaan, a federal prison in Wayne County, Pennsylvania, and was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, where he was pronounced dead on the night of December 30, 2024. The Office of the Wayne County Coroner opened a death investigation and planned an autopsy for later that week. The coroner has not yet stated a cause or manner of death, which remain pending.
