Terry Clemmons
Terry Clemmons, 47, died in July 2023, less than 36 hours after being booked into the Montgomery County Jail in Dayton. His brother, Anthony Clemmons, says Terry had children, a mother and sisters who want answers. Jail staff said a corrections officer found him during a routine safety check, and the family disputes that account and suspects drugs may have played a role. The autopsy and toxicology results were still pending at the time of reporting.
