Terron Richardson
Terron Richardson, 33, died in May 2023 at Cook County Jail, where he was held in custody. According to an internal investigation, he had a seizure, and an officer tried to alert medical staff to his condition, but a medical staff member was found to have walked away. Three officers from his unit faced disciplinary charges, and his mother, Sharron Wesley, said she was never told the results of the internal investigation. She said, "That was my baby, and they won't tell me what the hell happened to him."
