Terri Allen Davis
Terri Davis, 57, was found unresponsive in her cell at the Dougherty County Jail in Albany, Georgia, during a routine morning check on June 24, 2024, and was pronounced dead at the facility. The Dougherty County Sheriff's Office said the death appears to be from natural causes, while noting that an autopsy was scheduled. Sheriff Kevin Sproul asked the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to review the death, and the coroner directed that her body be taken to the GBI Crime Lab. Jail staff said they were keeping her family in their thoughts and prayers.
