Terrence Moxley
Terrence Moxley, 29, died on March 10, 2015, after an incident at the Volunteers of America halfway house on North Main Street in Mansfield, Ohio. Staff called 911, and police used a Taser to subdue him before he was taken to OhioHealth MedCentral Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation is reviewing the incident, and the autopsy by the Summit County Coroner is pending.
