Terrell Rizer
Terrell Rizer, 19, died on April 14, 2012, while held at the Lowndes County Jail in Valdosta, Georgia. Officials said he hanged himself in his cell, and he was pronounced dead at South Georgia Medical Center. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation assisted with the death investigation.
