Terrell Moultrie
Terrell Moultrie was 30 years old and held at the Mobile County Metro Jail in Mobile, Alabama. Officers found him unresponsive in his cell on July 15, 2023. The sheriff's office said detectives saw no signs of foul play or trauma, and the sheriff said the investigation pointed to some kind of illicit drug, with autopsy and toxicology results still pending. His was the second death at the jail in less than a month.
