Terrance Wayne Buescher
Terrance Wayne Buescher, 60, died on September 8, 2025, at the Federal Prison Camp in Duluth, Minnesota, where he had been held since September 2024. An unnamed facility spokesperson said he was found unresponsive that morning, that staff performed lifesaving measures and called emergency medical services, and that he was pronounced dead at the scene. The manner of his death is pending, and the FBI is investigating.
