Teresa Hennessy, 44, was held at the state-run Perryville complex in Arizona. The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry said she died by suicide on January 8, 2024. According to the department, she was found unresponsive in her housing unit and was pronounced dead at a hospital.
