Tera Erin Prado
Tera Erin Prado, 40, was held at Lexington Community Corrections in Lexington, Kentucky, when she died on October 26, 2020. According to a press release from authorities, she was found in her cell on a Monday evening showing apparent medical distress, and medical staff took her to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead about an hour later. The Fayette County Coroner's Office is investigating the cause and manner of her death, and no manner has been determined.
