Tabitha Tupper
Tabitha Tupper died in October 2017 while held at the St. Francois County Jail in Missouri. Her husband, Jeffrey Tupper, said he noticed her losing weight and looking unwashed during visits, and that she complained of headaches. According to an autopsy, her cause of death was a brain abscess. Her husband said he never received word of an investigation into her death.
