Tabatha Jane "Tabbi" Albright
Tabatha Jane "Tabbi" Albright, 19, of Inwood, West Virginia, was held at Eastern Regional Jail in Martinsburg. A spokesman for the West Virginia Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety said she attempted suicide and was found unconscious in her cell on August 14, 2014. The spokesman said jail staff treated her before medics took her to Berkeley Medical Center, and she was then flown to Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia, where she died on August 17, 2014. Her obituary listed a funeral service at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg.
Cause of death, as reported: Died by suicide. A West Virginia Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety spokesman said she attempted suicide in her cell.
