Stormy Ray Weant, 33, was held at the Oklahoma County jail when staff found him hanging in his cell at about 3 a.m. on November 3, 2020. Jail administrator Greg Williams said the death was a suicide and that a note addressed to his wife was found in the cell. He was pronounced dead at a hospital about 25 minutes later.
