Stevie Nicole Mann
Stevie N. Mann, 32, of Wilcox, died on January 15, 2023, at the Elk County jail in Elk County, Pennsylvania. WJAC reported that she was found unresponsive in her cell on the Sunday morning and pronounced dead at the scene. Elk County Coroner Michelle Muccio told WJAC that the cause and manner of death were still under investigation. Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency records list the death as natural causes, while a Carnegie Mellon University records project, published by Incarceration Transparency, lists a fentanyl overdose as the cause.
