Steven Stanke
Steven Stanke, 39, died on November 1, 2017, while held at Minnesota Correctional Facility-Stillwater. The Minnesota Department of Corrections opened an investigation, and the Ramsey County medical examiner was to conduct an autopsy. The department's spokeswoman, Sarah Fitzgerald, said it could not give details while the investigation was ongoing. The death was not publicly known until City Pages reported it two weeks later.
