Steven S. Rivera
Steven S. Rivera, 67, was held at the Castro County Jail in Texas from late August 2026. After he was found unresponsive, he was taken to hospitals in Dimmitt and then Amarillo, where he died on September 21. The Texas Rangers are investigating at the request of county officials, and the autopsy results are pending.
