Steven Mandell
Steven Mandell served as a Chicago police officer for about a decade, until 1983. According to the Bureau of Prisons, he died on September 13, 2025, at the Federal Medical Center in Butner, North Carolina, a federal prison hospital, after being held earlier at the federal prison in Florence, Colorado.
