Steven Edward Martin
Steven Edward Martin, 34, was from Warrior, Alabama. While in the custody of the Alabama prison system, he was working on a roadside cleanup crew along U.S. 231 near Troy when a pickup truck struck him. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, which investigated the crash. He had been due to go home that October.
