Steve Keith Jarrell Jr.
Police were called to a home on Prichard Lane in Dallas on December 1, 2020, after a caller said Steve Keith Jarrell Jr. was acting confused and needed to be taken to Green Oaks Hospital. Dallas police said officers handcuffed him and drove him toward the hospital, where they found him unconscious in the back seat of the squad car. He was pronounced dead at Medical City Hospital. The Dallas Police Department's Special Investigations Unit is investigating the death.
