Stephen Winn
Stephen Winn, a 62-year-old man from Newark, Delaware, was under hospice care in the infirmary at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna for serious health conditions. He was found unresponsive and not breathing during a routine check in the early hours of November 3, 2024, and was pronounced dead at 1:48 a.m. The Delaware Department of Correction announced the death, and the Division of Forensic Science is reviewing it to determine the official cause.
