Stephen Shaw
Stephen Shaw was held at an Arkansas prison when he died in August or September 2017. He was found dead in his cell. KATV reported that the Arkansas State Police investigation suspected K2, a synthetic drug, was involved in his death. As of the November 14, 2017 report, the investigation was still open and the manner of death had not been determined.
