Stephen Keirsey
Stephen Keirsey, 53, was found dead in his single-person cell at the East Arkansas Regional Unit in Lee County early on a Thursday morning, July 20, 2023. An Arkansas Department of Corrections official said he appeared to have died by suicide. The Arkansas State Police are investigating, and the Department of Corrections is conducting an internal investigation.
