Stephen Ingle
Stephen Ingle died while in the custody of Kern County, California. His family joined the family of Irene Rivera outside the Kern County Superior Court on November 4, 2023, demanding answers, transparency and reform from the Sheriff's Office and the county. The family plans a wrongful death lawsuit, saying the county was negligent and that Ingle's civil rights were violated.
