Stephen Gregory James
Stephen Gregory James, 30, was found unresponsive in his cell at the Pinellas County Jail on the morning of Sunday, January 28, 2018, according to WFLA. Sources differ on his age, reporting 29 in another account, and the sheriff's office said he was from St. Petersburg. He was pronounced dead at 7:55 a.m. The sheriff's office said the cause of death is unclear, that there were no signs of injury, and that his death did not follow any confrontation or use of force; detectives said it did not appear suspicious, and an autopsy was being performed to determine the cause.
