Stephanie Boyd
Stephanie Boyd, 35, was a licensed nail technician and the mother of two sons, and her mother, Tina Belgar, said she had started going to church and took pride in turning her life around. Boyd was found unresponsive during a head count at the Ross County Jail in Chillicothe, Ohio, and was pronounced dead at Adena Regional Medical Center on March 23, 2016. The Ross County Sheriff's Office said it appeared to be a medical issue and that nothing pointed to an overdose, and the state Bureau of Criminal Investigation was to investigate.
