Stephan Hernandez, 27, of Hesperia, died at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga on October 24, 2022, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff's officials. The sheriff's office said he was found unconscious in his cell on a Monday that month. The sheriff's Specialized Investigations Division is investigating, and the autopsy will determine the cause and manner of death.
