Stanley Furrow
Stanley Furrow, 57, of the Myrtle Beach area, was found unresponsive in his cell at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Horry County, South Carolina, around 4:45 a.m. on December 27, 2022. Staff medical personnel tried life-saving measures before EMS arrived and declared him dead. The Horry County Sheriff's Office and Deputy Coroner Patty Bellamy said no foul play was detected, and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is investigating the death.
