Died in prison
Stanley Cummings
Stanley Cummings was a Muslim man who, according to a 2023 Workers.org article, spoke publicly for the men held during the 1993 Lucasville uprising in Ohio. He went into the recreation yard to give a live television interview, which the article says helped move the rebellion toward surrender. He later died in a federal prison in Leavenworth, Kansas.
