Staci Rochelle Washington
Staci Rochelle Washington, 40, died on May 14, 2016, while held at the Bowie County Annex Jail in Texas. The Bowie County Sheriff's Office said deputies found her on the floor of her cell at about 4:15 a.m., and that she died before an ambulance crew arrived. The sheriff's office said investigators saw no signs of foul play and that her body was sent for an autopsy, and the cause and manner of death have not been determined.
