Stacey Castor
Stacey Castor, 48, died on the morning of Saturday, June 11, 2016, at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women in Westchester County, New York, where she was being held. The Onondaga County district attorney's office announced her death, and early reports said an autopsy would be conducted to determine the cause. The early coverage gave no cause of death. A later WSTM report, citing the same office, said she died of a heart attack.
