Sincere Lamont Howard
Sincere Lamont Howard, 23, died on May 16, 2024, while in the custody of the D.C. Department of Corrections at the Correctional Treatment Facility in Washington, D.C. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner listed the cause of death as fentanyl toxicity and ruled the manner an accident. A Washington City Paper report said he was found unresponsive in his cell and pronounced dead at 8:35 a.m., and that the death was under investigation by the D.C. Department of Corrections and the Metropolitan Police Department.
