Simratpal Singh
Simratpal Singh, a 21-year-old man from India, died in May 2019 at an Arizona jail where he was held in ICE immigration custody. The Maricopa County medical examiner found that he died by hanging and recorded the manner as suicide. ICE said in a press release that he was found unresponsive in his cell.
