Simon Aceves Vigil
Simon Aceves Vigil, 45, of Chino, was being held at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga when deputies found him not breathing late on May 11, 2022. He was taken to a hospital, where he went into cardiac arrest, and he was pronounced dead shortly before midnight.
