Simmon Henrickson
Simon Henrickson died in September 2019 while held at Columbia Correctional Institution in Lake City, Florida. Autopsy reports obtained by News4JAX found a lethal level of fentanyl in his body, and investigators and the autopsy reports point to an overdose. It is unclear how the drug reached the facility. It is also unclear whether he was trying to get high or was accidentally exposed to it.
