Sim Reno

Sim Reno was one of four Reno brothers from Seymour, Indiana. A 1905 Washington Times retrospective account says that he and his brothers were taken from the jail at New Albany by a mob and lynched. The account gives no date for the killing and does not describe what the jail's staff did when the mob came.

Cause of death, as reported: Taken from custody and lynched. The Washington Times 1905 retrospective account says a mob took him from the jail at New Albany and lynched him.
