Silverio Velazquez-Tetlactle
Silverio Velazquez-Tetlactle, 42, was held at the Grays Harbor County Jail in Washington. Jail staff found him unresponsive in a cell on the morning of March 27, 2026, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
