Sidney Simmons
Sidney Simmons, a 27-year-old woman, was found dead inside the Rankin County jail in Mississippi on August 10, 2025. Rankin County Coroner David Ruth identified her, and her body was sent to the State Medical Examiner's office for autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death, which had not been determined when the reporting appeared. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is investigating the death as an open case.
