Sidney Allen Beasley
Sidney Allen Beasley, 65, was held at the Garza Unit prison in Beeville, Texas. The Office of the Inspector General said staff found him unresponsive on the floor of his cell around 3:50 p.m. on April 1, 2026. He was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead shortly before 5 p.m. His body was sent for an autopsy, and the cause and manner of death are pending.
