Shondo Moffitt
Shondo Moffitt, 39, was the father of four children aged 2 to 10, and according to his attorney he had worked most of his life, mostly in factories around Cleveland, and was polite and hard-working. On April 11, 2022, he collapsed unconscious inside the Cuyahoga County Jail around 12:30 p.m. and was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he died. His attorney says he had long-running health problems and had been seeking release so he could see his regular doctor. The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department and the medical examiner are investigating why he died, and the cause and manner of death are pending.
